Cell phones not good for the children and pregnant women-Indian Govt.

The debate has been continuing for quite some time about the harmful effects of using cell phones. Now Indian Govt. has asked the cell phone operators like airtel, idea, vodaphone etc. not to issue cell phones to the children below 16 years of age and asked the pregnant women not to use them as this could hamper the brain development of the child. But children are so much used to it that it is almost impossible to take away from them. It is not a luxury anymore, but a necessity. Some of the parents are taking the connection in their name and giving the cell phones to their kids. So the need of the hour is to educate and convince the parents 1st.
