I have been enjoying the broadband service of Airtel for over 4 years and never faced a problem, that's too good for an ISP. Now I have got a sms from them stating that they will be down for 6 hours during the night, I think that will be fine with the users, as they served them flawlessly and they too need some maintainance. Atleast they have notified their users, unlike other ISP which do their maintainance during the peak hours without even notifying their users.
